Create a marshalls.com Account

How do I create a marshalls.com account?

If you are on a desktop or tablet, follow these steps:

  1. Select Account at the top right hand corner
  2. When you are prompted to Sign In, toggle to Sign Up
  3. Fill in your information
  4. Click Create Account
  5. You will know you successfully created an account when you see the Welcome message. You should also receive an email confirming you created an account.

If you are on a mobile device, follow these steps:

  1. Select the menu at the top left hand corner
  2. Scroll to the bottom section of the menu and select Sign In/Sign Up
  3. When you are prompted to Sign In, toggle to Sign Up
  4. Fill in your information
  5. Click Create Account
  6. You will know you successfully created an account when you see the Welcome message. You should also receive an email confirming you created an account.

Why should I create a marshalls.com account?

You need a marshalls.com account to link to your TJX Rewards credit card account and access your Rewards Certificates digitally.

Once you link your TJX Rewards credit card account to your marshalls.com account, your Rewards Certificates will be available at checkout on marshalls.com, tjmaxx.com or homegoods.com. Newly earned Certificates will become available for use within 48 hours of earning.

Additionally your Rewards Certificates will be available in the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods apps for you to redeem in any TJX store including T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra, HomeGoods, and Homesense.

Your marshalls.com account can also be used across marshalls.com, tjmaxx.com or homegoods.com and the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods apps.

What accounts are required to link?

To complete the link, you will need the following account credentials:

1. Marshalls.com Account

(or the account you use on tjmaxx.com, homegoods.com, on the T.J.Maxx app, Marshalls app, or HomeGoods app). These are the credentials you will use to sign in to marshalls.com before starting the linking process.

2. TJX Rewards credit card account

When you click Link My Card, you will be prompted to use your TJX rewards credit card account credentials. These are the same credentials you would use to pay your bill or check your statement online at tjxrewards.com or within the app.

What does it mean to link my card?

The link syncs the two accounts together, allowing you to access your Rewards Certificates digitally.

How do I link my TJX Rewards credit card?

Follow these steps to link your card:

If you haven't already, log into your marshalls.com account:

  1. Go the TJX Rewards section under My Account
  2. Click Link My Card
  3. Login with your TJX Rewards credit card credentials to complete the link

Why should I link my TJX Rewards credit card account?

Find Your TJX Rewards Credit Card Account Credentials

You will need the credentials for your TJX Rewards credit card account to link your card. These credentials may be different from your marshalls.com account.

How do I know if I have a TJX Rewards credit card account registered on tjxrewards.com?

If you do not pay your bill or check your statement in the app or online at tjxrewards.com, it is likely your card is not registered and you do not have a TJX Rewards credit card account. You must register your credit card on tjxrewards.com.

Forgot your TJX Rewards credit card account credentials? Visit tjxrewards.com and select Find User ID or Password or Register under Secure Login.

If you are still unable to login to your TJX Rewards credit card account contact us using the number on the back of your credit card.

Forgot your TJX Rewards credit card account credentials?

Follow these steps:

  1. If you have not yet, sign in on the site with your marshalls.com credentials
  2. Go to the TJX Rewards tab of the Account section and click Link My Card. This will bring you to a screen prompting you to enter your TJX Rewards credit card login.
  3. Scroll down to "I forgot my User ID or Password" under the Secure Login button
  4. Fill out the requested information and submit
  5. Return to marshalls.com to link your card

you are still unable to login to your TJX Rewards credit card account, visit tjxrewards.com and select Find User ID or Password under Secure Login. If you are still having trouble, please contact us using the number on the back of your credit card.

Having Trouble Linking?

You may be having trouble linking your card because:

1. You’re using the wrong credentials.

In order to link your TJX rewards credit card account to your marshalls.com account, you will be required to sign in to both accounts which may have separate credentials.

Here is the difference between the two and when to use each:

  • Marshalls.com Account (or the account you use for tjmaxx.com, homegoods.com, on the T.J.Maxx app, Marshalls app or HomeGoods app). These are the credentials you will use to sign in to marshalls.com before starting the linking process.

  • TJX Rewards credit card account. When you click “Link My Card”, you will be prompted to use your TJX rewards credit card account credentials. These are the same credentials you would use to pay your bill or check your statement online at tjxrewards.com or within the app.

2. Your TJX Rewards credit card is not registered

If you do not pay your bill or check your statement online at tjxrewards.com or in the app, your card is not registered. You must register before linking your card.

3. You Have Received the “We’ve Hit A Snag” Message

Try to refresh the browser. If your Rewards still do not populate wait a couple minutes and try refreshing again. If you still don't see anything contact us using the number on the back of your credit card.

You’ve successfully linked your card, but are being prompted to link again.

You may be prompted to re-link your card if:

  • You changed the User ID on your tjxrewards.com credit card account
  • Your card was reported Lost or Stolen
  • Your link has timed out due to security reasons.

If you are still unable to link your card contact us using the number on the back of your credit card.

Unlink My TJX Rewards® credit card

By clicking “unlink,” you will no longer have access to your earned Rewards Certificates within our apps or on our sites. It may take 30 minutes to completely unlink. You may relink your card again at any time.

Register Your TJX Rewards Credit Card Online

You must register online at tjxrewards.com before linking your card. Registering your TJX Rewards credit card creates an online account where you can pay your bill, check your balance and more.

Follow these steps:

  1. If you have not yet, sign in on the site with your marshalls.com credentials
  2. Go to the TJX Rewards tab of the Account section and click Link My Card. This will bring you to a screen prompting you to enter your TJX Rewards credit card login.
  3. Scroll down to “I want to Register” under the Secure Login button
  4. Fill out the requested information and submit
  5. Once successfully registered, use your newly created TJX Rewards credit card account when linking your card.

If you are still unable to login to your TJX Rewards credit card account, visit tjxrewards.com and select Register under Secure Login. If you are still having trouble, please contact us using the number on the back of your credit card.

Accessing Your Rewards Certificates

You must link your card to access your digital Rewards Certificates. If you have not linked your card see FAQ: How to link Your TJX Rewards credit card

Once you link your card, your Digital Rewards Certificates will be available at checkout on marshalls.com, tjmaxx.com or homegoods.com. Newly earned Certificates will become available for use within 48 hours of earning.

Additionally your Rewards Certificates will be available in the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods apps for you to redeem in any TJX store including T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra, HomeGoods, and Homesense.

How to access in the app:

Go to the Rewards tab and click on your balance.

How to access Online:

When you are logged into your TJX Rewards account your digital Rewards Certificates will be available at checkout. If you'd like to check your balance, go to My Account > TJX Rewards tab

If your balance displays as $0 or you don't see your rewards at checkout try the following steps:

  1. Refresh your Browser.
  2. If your Rewards still do not populate wait a couple minutes and try refreshing again.
  3. If you still don't see anything contact us using the number on the back of your credit card.

*Note: If you are looking for a Digital Rewards Certificate you just earned please keep in mind newly earned Certificates become available for use within 48 hours of earning.

Earning A Rewards Certificates

Points will accumulate and a $10 Rewards Certificate will be issued for every 1,000 Points earned. Certificates may be issued in either $10 or $20 denominations. The amount shown in your Rewards dashboard is based on 5 Points earned per $1 spent across our family of stores.

Redeeming Your Rewards Certificates

You must link your card to access & redeem your digital Rewards Certificates. If you have not linked your card see FAQ: How to Link Your TJX Rewards Credit Card

Once you link your card, your Digital Rewards Certificates will be available at checkout on marshalls.com, tjmaxx.com or homegoods.com. Newly earned Certificates will become available for use within 48 hours of earning.

Additionally your Rewards Certificates will be avalable in the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra, and HomeGoods apps for you to redeem in any TJX stores including T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra, HomeGoods, and Homesense.

How to Redeem rewards Certificates on tjmaxx.com or marshalls.com

Your Rewards Certificates will appear in the Payment section within checkout. If the Payment section is hidden click Edit. You can only redeem a maximum of 10 Rewards Certificates/gift cards at a given time online.

How to redeem Rewards Certificates in-store

You must link your card to access & redeem your digital Rewards Certificates. If you have not linked your card see FAQ: How to link your TJX Rewards credit card

Once you link your card, your Rewards Certificates will be available in the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods apps for you to easily redeem in any TJX store including T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra, HomeGoods, and Homesense. Newly earned Certificates will become available for use within 48 hours of earning.

Once you have the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, or HomeGoods app follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Rewards tab
  2. Log into your TJX account in the app (or the credentials you would use on marshalls.com)
  3. When you sign in you will see your Rewards Dashboard
  4. Access your digital Rewards Certificates in the Rewards tab by tapping your balance or the Reward Certificate below My Certificates
  5. Have the cashier scan the Rewards Certificates you wish to use.

If you are having trouble redeeming your digital Rewards Certificates contact us using the number on the back of your credit card.

How to Manually Apply Rewards Certificates at Checkout

Once you link your card, your Digital Rewards Certificates will be available at checkout on marshalls.com, tjmaxx.com or homegoods.com within 48 hours of earning them. You no longer need to manually apply the Certificate number provided in your paper or electronic billing statement.

If you are not ready to link your card you can continue to manually apply your Rewards Certificates at checkout under Rewards Certificates and Gift Cards within the Payment section. Simply hand-key in the number and CSC of the Rewards Certificates you wish to redeem.

Don't See Your Rewards Certificates?

If you have linked but do not see your Rewards Certificates, please note newly earned Certificates will become available for use at checkout within 48 hours of earning. If you still do not see your Rewards Certificates at checkout after waiting 48 hours, try the following steps:

  1. Refresh your browser
  2. If your Certificates still do not populate wait a couple minutes and try refereshing again.
  3. You may need to refresh the link between your TJX Rewards® credit card and your marshalls.com account. To do this, first unlink your card. You will then be prompted to relink your card by signing into your tjxrewards.com account.

Digital vs. Paper Rewards Certificates

What are digital Rewards Certificates?

Digital Rewards Certificates are duplicate copies of the Rewards Certificates issued in your paper or electronic billing statement. Once you link your card, you can access your Digital Rewards Certificates at checkout on tjmaxx.com or marshalls.com as well as within the T.J.Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods apps.

Are my digital Rewards Certificates different from the ones I receive in my paper statement?

Digital Rewards Certificates are duplicate copies of the Rewards Certificates issued in your paper or electronic billing statement. Once the full balance of a given certificate has been redeemed, all instances (digital and paper) will have a zero balance.

Once you link your card, newly earned Digital Rewards Certificates become available for use within 48 hours of earning. You will later receive a duplicate copy of your earned Certificates issued in your paper or electronic billing statement.

Will I still receive my paper Rewards Certificates in the mail?

You will still receive paper Rewards Certificates in the mail if you have not opted to receive your billing statement electronically. If you wish to receive your certificates and statement electronically, login to tjxrewards.com and enroll in electronic statements on your Statements page.

Please note once you link your card, the Rewards Certificates issued in your paper or electronic billing statement are a duplicate copy of your Digital Rewards Certificates earned within that statement period.

Can I opt out of receiving paper Rewards Certificates?

You can opt out of receiving paper Rewards Certificates by enrolling in electronic statements on tjxrewards.com. Once enrolled, you will receive an email notification when your electronic statement is available. Newly earned Rewards Certificates will be emailed separately and are also viewable on your electronic statements.

Points Balance Calculation

Balance based on Points accrual using your TJX Rewards® credit card. Earn 5 Points per $1 spent across our family of stores. Earn 1 Point per $1 spent everywhere else the TJX Rewards® Mastercard® is accepted. Once your Points equal or exceed 1,000, a Certificate will be issued, and your Points balance will return to 0 and continue to accrue with each transaction.

Why Do I Have A Negative Points Balance?

You may see a negative Points balance if merchandise is returned after a Certificate is issued. Your Points balance will be updated with every qualifying transaction and will remain negative until your Points return to a positive balance.

My Certificate History

Your Rewards Certificate history is a list of the Rewards Certificates you have previously redeemed. To view, click the link from the Rewards page in the Marshalls app (or on marshalls.com). You will be prompted to login with your tjxrewards.com account, and then may navigate to the "Rewards Certificate History" page.
