Gift Cards And Rewards Certificates
Gift cards and e-gift cards can be redeemed at marshalls.com, or in any T.J. Maxx, Marshalls or HomeGoods store. To redeem online, enter your 19-digit gift card number and CSC in the payment section of checkout. Marshalls gift cards can be used in conjunction with TJX Rewards® certificates, promo codes and one credit card for payment of your order.
TJX Rewards® certificates can be used at marshalls.com, tjmaxx.com, sierratradingpost.com, or in any T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods or Sierra Trading Post store. To redeem online, enter the 19-digit certificate number and 4-digit CSC in the payment section of checkout. When an item becomes unavailable, we have no choice but to cancel the order. You will not be charged for any unavailable items. The Company also reserves the right to cancel orders for loss prevention purposes.

- PayPal® is a service that allows you to make payments. You can link your PayPal® account to your credit cards, debit cards or bank accounts. To make a PayPal® purchase, simply select PayPal® during checkout and follow the prompts.
- You may use PayPal® as a payment option as a member or guest.
- PayPal® requires all Marshalls® customers to have a phone number on their PayPal® account.
- TJX gift cards or Rewards Certificates can be added before or after choosing payment through PayPal. If a customer would like to add a gift card or reward certificate first, they should enter the payment at the prompt on the payment screen. If a customer would like to add a gift card or reward certificate after choosing payment through PayPal, they must click on the “edit payment” link, and they will be able to add a gift card before proceeding to the next step. The updated amount will be sent back to PayPal when the customer places the order.
- If you return your items to marshalls.com, you will receive a refund, minus the return shipping fee.
- If you return your items to a Marshalls® store, you will receive any refund due to you in the form of a merchandise credit.
- You will earn 1 point for every dollar of purchases made on marshalls.com when you choose PayPal® at checkout and select your linked TJX Rewards® Platinum MasterCard® via PayPal® as your method of payment. If instead you pay directly with your TJX Rewards® Platinum MasterCard® (without PayPal®), you will then earn 5 points for every dollar of purchases made on marshalls.com.
- You will not be able to use your TJX Rewards® credit card (store card) to pay via PayPal®.
- PayPal® is not available at our Marshalls® store locations.
- PayPal® members and guests can purchase Marshalls® gift cards from marshalls.com using their PayPal® accounts.

Placing An Order
- After selecting and adding items to your shopping bag, click the 'checkout' button.
- If you already have an online account with marshalls.com, you may log in at this time. If not, you may create an account or checkout as a guest.
- Fill out your billing and payment information, making sure it all matches up with the credit card you plan to use. Double check your information and your order details, then click the ‘place my order’ button to submit your order. Each time “Submit” is selected on our website, an authorization is submitted on the form of payment being used. There is an extra $1.00 added to the preauthorization amount to ensure the funds are available once the order is ready to ship. This will not post to your account and will drop off in 3-5 days. Your card will not actually be charged until your order ships. Marshalls.com cannot cancel or change orders once placed.
- You're done! We suggest keeping a copy of your order confirmation for your own records and we will also email you one as well.
At this time we do not offer price adjustments for marked down or clearance merchandise that was previously purchased. If you're not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please do not hesitate to return it within 30 days of your order date, unless otherwise noted on the packing slip. We accept returns with either your receipt or your shipping confirmation email. The packing slip you receive with your order is your receipt.
To request a refund of sales tax paid on exempt purchases, please contact customer service at 1-800-926-6299 to provide order information and details about your resale or exemption certificate, or other valid proof of exempt status in the location to which your order was shipped. You will then be given instructions on where to submit a copy of acceptable documents, which must be received within 30 days from your order, for verification. Any sales tax refunds which may be due shall be made in the same tender used for payment of your order, or in certain circumstances, as a merchandise credit.

Our team works rapidly to fulfill the orders of our customers. Once you have placed your order, and it has been confirmed, we are unable to change or cancel your order. If you do find you have placed an order that you no longer require, you can return it for a refund within the terms of our Return Policy.
